My Name is Jeff Weber and I am the Branch Manager for the Phoenix/Jacksonville Maryland Branch of Capital Bank NA.  I have lived in Maryland my whole life and have resided in Fallston for 43 Years. I graduated from Fallston High School in 1984.  I am a 1991 Graduate of Towson University with a degree in Marketing/ Management. 

I have been married to my wife Sarah for 15 years and we are blessed with 2 boys Jake 11 and Brandon 8.  My wife is an Oncology Nurse with Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Belair.  My boys attend Youths Benefit and Fallston Middle School. In my spare time (which there is very little of, LOL) I enjoy golf, fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking. I enjoy spending time with my family and we love the beach! My boys are very active in Soccer, Lacrosse, Cub Scouts, and Swimming. We are die hard Raven and Oriole fans!!

I have been in the lending arena for over 21 years working. I have personally helped over 2,500 clients Purchase a home or Refinance their existing home. I have a vast knowledge of the industry and I am licensed with the National Mortgage Licensing System.
